Chia & Yogurt Green Smoothie

PREP & COOK TIME: 5 MINUTES, SERVES: 2
- 1 cup Danone® Oikos® Greek Yogurt – Plain
- 1 tsp Chia seeds
- 1 cup Baby Kale, packed
- 1 green apple, diced
- ¼ cup cilantro, packed
- 5 thin slices ginger
- ½ cup apple juice
- Combine all ingredients in blend and blend until smooth.
- Add more apple juice for a thinner consistency.
